In this complex and competitive business world, there are losers and gainers of the competition. How is this judged? Not just by their performance but also by the impression they set in the minds of the evaluators. This study focuses on the strategies of Impression Management IM (Ingratiation, intimidation, exemplification, self-promotion and supplification) and tries to find whether there is a relationship between IM and job attitude of an individual, looking into the aspects of Job satisfaction, job involvement, organisational commitment and self efficacy.
