HRM practices in relation to organisational innovation with a moderation effect of age

Abstract
The objective of this study is to explore the relationship of HRM Practices with organisational innovation and also study the moderation effect of age. In this era, organisations are striving hard to attract and retain the talented employees to achieve the competitive advantage in order to survive in this global market. Data was collected from 400 employees working in post offices and further data was analyzed with the help of PLS SEM. The results indicate that HRM Practices significant relation with organisational innovation and it was found that at all age levels, the effect of Human resource management practices on organizational innovation was significant but decreased with age.
