Performance evaluation of selected broad indices in India - A case study from national stock exchange

Abstract
National stock exchange is one of leading stock exchanges in world and
Asia. In India, NSE is fast growing stock exchange in terms of volume and value
due to its advance technology and effective and efficient operations. In the
present study, the performance of selected broad indices is measured in terms
of sector weight and companies weight. The selected indices comprises of Nifty
50, Nifty next 50 and Nifty next 100.
