Abstract
Employee job satisfaction is a measure of
workers are with their job and working environment. Keeping morale high among
workers can be of tremendous benefit to any banking sector because happy
workers are more likely to produce more, take fewer days off and stay loyal to
the bank. There are many factors in improving of maintaining employee
satisfaction.Important to measure the satisfaction levels of the employees.This
project measuring Employee job Satisfaction and its impacton employee retention.
