A study on work- life balance: A conceptual review

Abstract
This review work examines the concept of
work-life balance and its significance in today's fast-paced and demanding work
environments. The paper explores various factors influencing work-life balance,
such as organizational policies, individual choices, and societal expectations.
Additionally, it discusses the impact of work-life balance on employees'
well-being, job satisfaction, and overall quality of life. Drawing on a
comprehensive analysis of existing literature, this review work presents an
overview of current practices, challenges, and strategies for promoting
work-life balance. By shedding light on this critical aspect of modern work
culture, this review work contributes to the understanding of work-life balance
and provides insights for individuals, organizations, and policymakers seeking
to enhance work-life integration.
