Abstract
This study compares how people feel about
shopping at Dmart online versus in- store. We asked shoppers about convenience,
prices, product choices, service quality, and how happy they were overall.
Online shoppers like ease and variety, while in- stores shoppers enjoy the
hands-on experience and personal service. Both groups worry about prices,
product quality and delivery. Understand these differences can help Dmart
improve both online and In-store experience for shoppers.
