Abstract
In the realm of corporate social responsibility (CSR), strategic
initiatives play a pivotal role in driving sustainable development and
fostering community well-being. This study meticulously examines the profound
impact of Kerala State Industrial Development Corporation's (KSIDC) recent CSR
endeavours over a robust 6-year period. Through a meticulous analysis of
comprehensive data, this research elucidates how KSIDC's strategic investments
in education, healthcare, environmental conservation, and skill development
have not only catalyzed socio-economic growth but also bolstered environmental
sustainability and community resilience. With an impressive expenditure,
KSIDC's CSR strategies underscore their commitment to inclusive development and
stakeholder engagement. This study contributes valuable insights into the
evolving landscape of CSR, showcasing its transformative potential in regional
development contexts.
