The nexus between compensation and employee effectiveness: A study of credit mall Ghana limited

Abstract
In this study, I sought to examine the nexus between compensation and
employee effectiveness using Credit Mall Limed as a case study. The study
adopted the explanatory design. Data was purposefully collect from 150
respondents of Credit Mall Limited. The data was then analyzed using the
Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS, v 20). Findings of the study
showed that all the studies variables: salary, bonuses and appreciation related
positively to employee effectiveness. However, salary received the highest
correlation at r=0.670. Conclusions and directions for future studies were
discussed.
