within organizations. A vital talent pool comprises individuals who are crucial
for driving business objectives and maintaining competitive advantage. The
research outlines the methodology for identifying critical roles, assessing

emphasizes the significance of defining internal and external talent pools, evaluating
and developing candidates, and refining sourcing strategies to ensure the
availability of top talent for key positions. It highlights the importance of

challenges include the need for accurate talent intelligence, managing global
talent mobility, and adapting to evolving business demands. The study also
explores the implications of these practices on organizational performance and
