Abstract
India’s Financial Inclusion Index (FI-Index)
reached a value of 67 by March 2025, reflecting significant progress in the
accessibility, utilization, and quality of financial services. This study
provides a regional analysis, accompanied by statistical charts, tables, and
visual data representations, along with a comprehensive review of recent
Reserve Bank of India (RBI) policy measures—specifically the 2025 Digital
Lending Guidelines. Key insights are substantiated with references from
credible sources throughout the paper.
